KV32S15 won't turn on

I've got this beautiful new set, but it won't power on, as in I press the power button, and nothing happens. What should I try as first line steps to diagnose? Check the fuses? Recap the power board? Is there a place I can find replacement capacitor part numbers, etc. easy? Should I order a new voltage regulator while I'm at it?
