It's right next to Club Sega, which should be easier to spot. Exit the train station at Akihabara at the Electric Town Exit and head down the street to the right then take a right. Walk to the end of the block and you should be at the main drive, you'll know it's the right place by the giant crosswalk and the train rail right above you. Next to it is Club Sega, which should be across the street. Hey is a couple stores to the right of that, the sign is small-ish (at least compared to Club Sega's giant neon) but it's orange and should be easy enough to spot.
I have class tomorrow until noon, but could meet you at the Taito building at around 1.
NTSC-J, we waited in the Taito building on the 4th floor for an hour and didn't see you. We came back to the hotel and are waiting for them to finish cleaning, we will hang out there for a bit if you want to drop by here. Otherwise, we will try to call and leave a message.

I'll be bumming in Akiba around 4:30'ish or so. I don't have a phone, but if you run into a gaijin with a blue T-shirt that says "adidas", say hi =)
I'll probably be standing around, drooling at Hey, mostly :p
Sadly we are back in the States now after much difficulty and stopped paying the 100-yen/10-minute Internet service to check online after we found NTSC-J or we might have caught you
Also sadly, this was the closest I could find to a shmup garage kit
