Bosch LTC 2915/91 CRT stuck in what appears to be 16:9

I just got this Bosch LTC 2915/91 from eBay today and the colors were slightly tinted green (this still isn't fixed btw), none of the normal menu settings helped with this so I figured I'd try to find a service menu. None of the documentation online provides any information as to how you get to the service menu so I tried to figure it out myself and it just so happens the first button combination I tried did...something. I held down the menu button plus the input A button while the TV was off and then I turned it back on. When the Crt was turned back on a message in a yellow box with red text read "eeprom erased please reboot". Once rebooted the CRT was displaying in what appears to be 16:9 and I can't get it to go back to normal. Here is a picture of what it looks like: https://imgur.com/i0xNkJB. I feel like this should be fixable if I can get into the service menu or maybe with some kind of button combo but I can't figure out how. Any suggestions?

Pft so unknown it's intriguing... but yeah at this stage your best bet might be trying to work out if bosch might have just rebranded someone else's set since I honestly can't recall any bosch crts... however's not unheard of for someone to license and re-brand tech for a utility purpose in cases such as this where they wanted to offer a solution but didn't directly manufacture something they needed as part of that... which would be my inclination here...

i) Open it up and have a look see if tube labels or some other component leads you towards another manufacturer?


ii) Or if there was another brand that had the same/similar reset combo?

In either case maybe the other brand's service code will also work. Some of the more obscure service modes:

...But it's just a hunch; it might be they really did make this from scratch and it's just so obscure you'll have to luck into the combo...

I was just about to buy the same monitor from what I assume is the same seller on ebay. Did you every wind up fixing this issue?
