Dare I ask what a boxed Grayskull cost?

Not something to forget about easily, at least.cj iwakura wrote:I wouldn't feel bad about APC, they're great.
MOTU was sorta before my time but I'm partial to those chunky backdrop paintings in dark shades. Beautifully done, really. Does the model itself have a kind of spray-painted appearance? I'd love to have a set that matched the looks of the original painting...someday, I'm sure it'll be possible...MOSQUITO FIGHTER wrote:Epic haul today!

Brahms is awesome. I also recommend to have a listen to William Boyce.Obiwanshinobi wrote:Not something to forget about easily, at least. Now I can do some exercise on my massage modular matscj iwakura wrote:I wouldn't feel bad about APC, they're great.

(This Blues Breakers one combines both the original mono mix with later stereo one, which ist most revealing; long story short - mono one sounds better to me, on my home rig anyways.)

Fester's Quest is a good game, but the difficulty is ridiculous. I had that one when it came out because my parents bought it for me. It was one of those things where they were like "this looks fun" and they just went with it even though I didn't ask for it. I tried so freaking hard but I could never beat it and then it just went into the bottom of the pile. I'm sort of curious to try again, but it's in line behind a lot of others at the moment.Ghegs wrote:
Picked up Fester's Quest on NES and hey, I actually kind of like it. I like how the game takes place on this large map, and under it with the sewers, even if the route through is quite linear. This is the US version which I understand is inferior to the PAL one, but all my other NES games are US ones and I didn't want to have a single PAL game in there. The PAL version is also considerably more expensive than the US one.
Neat. I didn't know Angela Lansbury did the original Sweeney Todd, but I have heard her sing before (watched a video of her singing a song from Mame and, of course Beauty and the Beast) and she has a nice voice.cj iwakura wrote:If there was one vinyl I had to go online hunting for, this was it:

Now I'm satisfied.TCRF wrote:Regional Differences
The European version of Fester's Quest contains some differences that make the game noticeably easier.
All enemies and bosses take less hits for them to be killed.
The projectiles fired from the gun can go through walls and obstacles.
Congrats. This is one of my favorite games when I was a kid. I'm not sure why, because I never beat it and was super frustrating! I really enjoyed reading the original Swamp Thing run and Moore's writing. Has that 'US Gothic' feel to it.MOSQUITO FIGHTER wrote:This guy is awesome for $40. I always thought Swamp Thing was pretty cool.
I concur on the first part. Best thing I ever read with his name on it. And I disagree with the second: that Swampuh is not gentle looking enough as for the American Gothic cycle. Not enough gorilla posture. Looks only mean, not massive.MintyTheCat wrote:I really enjoyed reading the original Swamp Thing run and Moore's writing. Has that 'US Gothic' feel to it.

Frame them. Awesome get.CStarFlare wrote:I’m a big fan of Elemental Gearbolt - I’ve been grabbing any sort of merch I can find for a while now (with one obvious exception, I’m not crazy). So when I saw some animation cells pop up for a low price, I grabbed them.
I have no idea what to do with them. But they’re neat.
