Deku Deals curated list

I'm a bit reluctant to advertise that I'm doing this, but I'm working on two lists on Deku Deals for arcade titles (emulation and ports)-- one list is everything, the second list may be controversial in that I'm using my best judgment in removing bad emulation/bad ports from the list.
