PS4 Ketsui Deathtiny DLC

Hey all. Quick question to all those that may know. I want to grab Ketsui on Ebay, but not sure about the Dlc. What exactly does the dlc come with? I assume if I end up getting a new copy, I'll have to make a Japanese account. There are also some used ones that I'm sure already had the dlc used up. So just wondering if I'll be missing much with the dlc.

As far as I know, physical copies of Ketsui came with all the DLC on the disc
