Completely unrelated but i discovered an option to choose the direction of defensive force when attached to the rear. A bunch of artworks show the Shooting Star with the force on the back facing the "wrong" way so thats cool I guess.

Note also the new "Keep speed settings after resuming" which will maintain your ship speed after a death or continue. (Still defaults to 2 any time you start a new game.)Patch Notes wrote:What's new in this version.
1. Fixed sections of the game that caused instability.
2. Improved controls.
3. New developable player craft. (B-1A3/B-1B3/B-1C3/B-1D3/B-3A,B-3A2/B-3C,B-3C2/BX-4/B-5A/B-5B/B-5C/B-5D).

I have a "new" indicator on the Shop for some reason even though nothing is showing as purchasable...

The lower levels still seem to pierce at least. The one time so far I've fired a Bydo-level shot was at the 7.2 boss, and destroyed it while its opening was closed (or so I thought, will try again later.)Firehawke wrote:Edit: Huh. They seem to have nerfed the Giga, too-- it appears to not pierce anymore, meaning that in a lot of cases you'll end up having to point blank (or pretty damn close to it) for it to not dissipate on walls immediately.

6.1 gives the most, but... well, it's 6.1. 6.2 is an acceptable substitute IMO. 3.0 isn't bad.Herr Schatten wrote:Sigh. What was the best stage for farming etherium again?
