Csync on Bypass SNES Jr

Good night everyone, I have a THS7314 chip and I'm going to bypass my snes Jr, but I had a doubt I saw that some people pull the Csync directly from the PPU and others from the sRGB chip, could anyone tell me if there is a difference between these signals? which signal is better? which one should i choose?
