Yeah, it did..as part of the Alan Clarke Boxed Set from Blue Underground.
It has both versions of Scum(can't decide which is better, both are damed good), Firm, and the kickass Made in Britain. It also has Elephant and a documentary about Alan's life. Good stuff. I owned the PAL versions of both Scum and Firm but its good to have versions now that I can loan to friends to watch.
Can't believe I forgot to mention the 40 Year Old Virgin...

Watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind again yesterday. Still great.

I'll refrain from mentioning any childhood favorites except Big Trouble in Little China and Alice in Wonderland (Disney ver.).

Some movies that made in impact on me (or just enjoyed) in recent times:
Amelie
Donnie Darko - to get these two out of the way!
Festen
Taxi Driver
Red (entire trilogy really)
Corpse Bride
Mysterious Skin
Swingers
Grosse Pointe Blank
Ran
Some Kind of Monster (ha!)

I typically do not like heavy sfx movies like Star Wars or LOTR. Have a special loathing for most action movies (car chases - woo!), esp. James Bond. Surprised myself by liking the Dirty Harry movies, though.

Behold my crap list.

1.End of Evangelion
2.Good Burger
3.Cowboy Bebop:Knockin' On Heaven's Door

I don't have the time nor the will to rent every acclaimed movie from the past so usually whatever I see and think is great is what becomes one of my favorite movies but those three will always be what comes to my mind when I'm asked about favorite movies.

Yeah, for some reason it's really rewatchable. Good soundtrack too. The "Live and Let Die" part: classic.

Some all-time faves:

Repo Man (my absolute favorite film for twenty years now)
Goodfellas
Once Upon a Time in the West
El Topo
Ghost Dog
Shaun of the Dead
Down By Law
The Big Lebowski
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Brazil (although it's tough to watch these days. What was once out-there Orwellian satire seemed all too close to home the last time I saw it.)
Suspiria (although the death scenes in Opera are cooler)
Excalibur
The Thing (Carpenter remake)
The City of Lost Children
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (Kaufman remake)
Jackie Brown
The Usual Suspects
The Wild Bunch

...and I could go on and on...

This past week I watched:

The Stuff (Kung-Fu Garrett Morris! Paul Sorvino as a crazy, racist militia leader! Too awesome...)
An American Werewolf in London
Fight Club
Don't Look Now
X-Men 3 (Not as bad as I'd heard, but not nearly as good as I'd hoped)
and a shit ton of old Chuck Jones cartoons.

Shaun of the Dead, of course :D

Nice Avatar by the way, Bub and the Greek Salad speech was the only good things about Day of the Dead(well, the gore was cool too)

Thanks man. Yeah, Day... is probably my least fave of the four Dead films (well, I guess kind of tied with Land... actually), but it's still a good time.

As far as Jarmusch films, have you seen Down By Law? Yeah, it's a slowly paced film, but there's a ton of priceless bits in there. Also: Tom Waits
Dear God man! Another Jodorowsky fan? Very interesting movie.
Oh, yes. Alejandro is a madman, no doubt about it. El Topo is my personal fave of his, but I like everything else of his that I've seen (I still haven't caught The Rainbow Thief or Fando Y Lis).

Half Baked
Dirty Work
Keefe has bad taste in economic systems and movies. Oh snap.

I'm only just starting to research into movies (and politics) but here's some decent stuff:

Army of Darkness (Director's Cut)
Big Lebowski
Fight Club
Alright, fuck alphabetizing this, Pulp Fiction
Full Metal Jacket
Kill Bill, mostly 1
Led Zeppelin - DVD (video quality is shit)
March of the Penguins (sad)
Schindler's List (very sad)
Super Troopers
Office Space
Akira
Victor Wooten live at Bass Day '98 (for guitar/bass players)
Steve Vai - live at the Astoria, London (same)

This list needs more pretentious art films

The Holy Mountain is awesome. Extremely self-indulgent, but awesome nonetheless.

I highly recommend Santa Sangre. It's much more of a straight narrative, but still works with a lot of the themes present in his other works, particularly El Topo. It also heavily references both Psycho and The Hands of Orlac (!).

Say what you will of socialism, but Dirty Work was awesome! It was elemental humor at its finest. It was dumb, but smart dumb, done better than it was in Burn, Hollywood, Burn, that's for sure. I think it's in the spirit of Mel Brooks.

Half Baked was a very consistent, comparatively lull-free movie, and I'm comparing it to Dirty Work, Airplane, and every Farrelly Bros. or Woody Allen movie I've ever seen. I'm having problems anticipating your objections to it.... what kept the movie from being a successful comedy, in your opinion?

EDIT: In terms of consistency, I rate Half Baked slightly better than even Brain Candy, which is also a very good movie that I should have put on my list.

Last few films (not necessarily recent releases) I've enjoyed:

Sympathy for Lady Vengeance: My favourite of the 3 revenge films by Park Chan Wook, although most people seem to like the other 2 better.

Shopgirl: Had a kind of 'Lost In Translation' vibe about it, and I was just in the right mood.

Attack The Gas Station: I just love this film. Especially the guy who carries a big stick around and always attacks the biggest person in any fight no matter what else happens.

The Twighlight Samurai: Not a martial arts film, but a period drama piece. Just cool though.

Pieces of April Kind of expected this to be rubbish, but it ended up bein a heartwarming melodrama. I can't actually believe I just said 'heartwaming melodrama', because that sounds shit.

The Life Aquatic: Not many people seem to have enjoyed this, but the bit where he's asked if his wife is the brains behind Team Zissou, then what's he? and his friend says "He is the Zissou!" cracks me up for some inexplicable reason.

Dirty Pretty things: Really cool story about imigrant workers. Chewitel Eijiofor (the bad guy from Serenity) is absolute class.

Hmm, too much melodrama - I'm getting old! So I'll finish off with the last film I watched: I've probably seen it loads of times, but I just picked up the special edition of 'Escape From New York' for a fiver. That film is fantastic, and Kurt Russel rocks in it!

Man, I thought this was another pretentious indie art film, but it was funny as hell. If they had marketed it right it could have made some more coins at the box office. Those kids were the best thing about the whole film, especially that lil boy who kept going on about his poop.
