360 DDPDOJBLX patches still up? Worth the price?

I've been wanting to play some Black Label DDPDOJ lately, and I was thinking of just getting a copy of it on 360. I had it back in the day, and I remember how awful it was at launch.

I'm curious if anyone can confirm that the patch(es) that addressed these issues are still available to download? The game goes for about $100 so I want to be sure before I buy it.

I'm also curious what the public sentiment was toward this release post-patch(es)? Is it worth the money after all the updates?

Patches are still live, as long as you are connected to the internet your game will update upon boot as usual. Just did this a few days ago after swapping out an hd. Game performs well after the patches, my only issue is that there's a bit of a meaty load time with everything pre and post game.
