Finally! After all this time I managed to loop Alpha into Bravo, destroying my previous score in the process. Time to reclaim the number 2 spot for Alpha! I'm still upset that I was only 5k short of breaking 9mil though. I don't think I'll be able to repeat this for a long time, I'm exhausted

Garbage score but I don't care, I'm taking that W. Fun fact, the score below it was me switching the buttons, wasting a bomb, and ending the credit immediately. Apparently that took a lot of "Guts" and I ended up with 300K points. Gotta love Raiden DX scoring.

Nice astro, Raiden DX is an insanely difficult game.

I was putting quite a lot of time into the original Raiden a month back going for the 1CC, but its such an arse-kicker I lost interest, need to get back on that.

Thanks, I'm also hoping to 1CC the original Raiden some day. Last week I got to Stage 6 for the first time and it felt like a breakthrough. If I ever get to Stage 7 (sniper hell) I know that's going to be the wall.
