You car crash analogy is perfect. Upon seeing that guy's comments and replies on the lip-synch video you posted, I was curious if he was a parody account. Hearing him speak, it is tragically clear he is mentally damaged - whether that's genetics, cranial trauma, or toxic exposure during his developmental years... probably a combination of all three - who's to say.
