Shmups with no score
What games have a total lack of scoring system, or an undisplayed one at least? Such as Kolibri or Biohazard Battle. Even in the category of games like Radirgy where score is not points based.

Off the top of my head, Terra Cresta 3D has no points whatsoever. Game looks pretty dull but for some reason Despatche really loves [the idea of] it.
A couple of PC Engine games do not have any score/points values, such as Psychic Storm and Metamor Jupiter, and a few others.

Radirgy still has a high score screen at the end; I am not sure what you mean.Radirgy

Hangeki, but I remember from the STG Weekly episode the developers stated it was more about clear time.

Re: Shmups with no score
I have a small list of these for whatever reason:
Famicle Parodic
Famicle Parodic 2
Aleste Gaiden MSX
Sapce Manbow 2 MSX
Final Mission FC
Uchuu Keibitai SDF
Hani in the Sky PCE
Psychic Storm
There's also a few console games that only show score in between stages or after you've died - and fail to show it after you clear. So it has score, it just doesn't show it to you when it really matters? Sometimes you're lucky and the game has a High Score display on the title screen that will give you your result indirectly; others never do (I think Crisis Force falls into this camp).

In fairness I've never run an MSX emulator, I am basing that on youtube videos.

Re: Shmups with no score
Try Thoth. It's a single-screen stage-wave-based twinstick with suicide-bullet-puzzle elements for eliminating enemies and clearing stages. It is a very quick title to boot up and start. It is great as a sidearm for taking a break after playing a longer session of something else. I think it's made by one of the guys who did Limbo and Inside. The arcade modes we would want are locked until you credit-feed the game, but you'll want to do that anyway as more of a tutorial for understanding the unique enemies.
