Use PC on TV?
In my CRT I can only mod rgb using the neckboard. How can I do it in way that I can use it to plug my pc in it using a vga cable, but extracting the rgb signal of the cable, not the vga signal?

Get your PC to output 15kHz using CRT Emudriver or something similar.

Build a converter circuit? As in, design a downscaler? That's the "circuit" you're talking about, a "circuit" like the GBS-C or RetroTINK 5X.
Your choices are:
1) Get your PC to output 15 kHz
2) Get a downscaler like the GBS-C, RT5X, or one mentioned by Fudoh on http://retrogaming.hazard-city.de/

I totally forgot to reply. I was a total noob back then. Today I get it how it works, I'm checking emu driver right now.
