How to trigger the Gunbird train.

① Don't kill any of the tanks&cars that don't fire during the opening.

② Hover over a tree when the jingle plays in the music. The tree depends on the level this stage is played on.

Level 1 = tree 1 etc.

Choosing the Stage 6 midboss

...I can confirm that Strikers 99 only has two midbosses in stage 6.

Which of the two midbosses you get to fight depends on whether you stay in the center of the screen (Cross Blade) or on either side (Geo Bite).

How to trigger the dancing alien and the creepy trenchcoat guy.

① When you reach the midboss section, align your x-axis position as shown by the red line in the picture below.

② This is the most lucrative midboss for scoring!

① When the boss gates are about to open, stay at the bottom of the screen between the red lines as shown in the pictures.

② Use your score counter as a visual cue for the x-axis position.

God it makes me so happy that the dancing alien is the best midboss for scoring because it's also the best midboss for the soul.

My main is the Spitfire, love that thing. Does anyone know offhand if you get more damage output going at bosses point blank with its charge shot, or the main shot?

So I work at a barcade in Des Moines,IA that just brought this game in. Trying to secure the high score on our board and would like some advice in getting beyond 1.6m. New to this series so any help would be appreciated.

Also, I'm dying to know if this guy ever became king of Strikers at the bar. This cliffhanger has been hanging for too long.

Similar with the Mustang, it takes so long to charge it only seems worth it for bullet cancelling/survival?
Also with the Shinden it seems better to keep it with 3 options for the forward firing formation?
