Xbox 360 japanese market game stop at 79%

Hello guys im coming here with the hope that someone can hello me!
I have buy an xbox 360 pal then some xbox 360 gift cards for market xbox japan,connected my xbox on pc with japanese vpn and going on japanese market and buy Dodonpachi saidaioujou and espgaluda 2 black label on store.
Dodonpachi runs and download on 1rst attempt but espgaluda 2 download stop at 79 % then stop and restart at 0 and again and again
I precise i tried to download with and without vpn activated.
Anyone gets this issue ? I have searchin for 3 days and night on Web an fix but nothing works.

Could it be that you have a bad sector on your hard drive?

Sounds like a storage issue - is it downloading to the hard drive and not the smaller storage unit the 360 has?

I kinda had the same issue on my old ps3, I think. I had enough space to download the game according to the settings, but it just didn’t wanted to complete. Had a guy take a look and he said that the harddrive was probably (partially) corrupted. I could only use about 2/3 of the storage.
Are you able to download other games? Are there maybe some free games to download to test it?
