Check it out for yourself. I'm wondering if it's not originally a PC game just stuck in a cab. It would definately explain why the game would sometimes stutter.
looking at those screenshots, I KNOW I've played that game somewhere, but I can't remember where I was or even if it was on the computer or cab... I proably played the demo, and someone linked me there awhile ago...
