No Red on PVM 20L4

I recently aquired a PVM 20L4.
But no matter what input I use, it doesn´t display red at all.
Does anyone what could cause this?

To start with, try checking the neckboard capacitors and solid carbon resistors (they look a bit like bumblebee capacitors, black with coloured stripes).
