Can PS+ be shared accross accounts with differet regions?

Can PS+ be shared accross accounts with differet regions?

I have two accounts on a PS5, both accounts have the PS5 activated as their primary console. One account is USA, and one is UK. If I buy a USA PS+ code for the USA account, can I use PS+ on both accounts to play games online that were purchased on the UK account?

I would like to know as well, but I would assume no since that would give you access to more PS+ games and I'm sure Sony wouldn't want that...
