Help with BVM-20F1E Signal Configuration / Tweaking

Hi

I looking for some configuration advice for my BVM-20F1E. The video mode for NORM and UNDR on 4:3 shows bowing either inwards (UNDR) or outwards (NORM) at the side of the screen. Any tips on which alignment setting could be used to adjust - is it just H CENTER BOW?

Also, geometry for both underscan and overscan are separate from each other. I take it you've read through the manual?
