SOLVED: Recapping Sony PVM, include silvery caps?

EDIT: Got a hold of an expert who confirmed those caps in particular most likely do not need replacing.

Hey folks!

Did a quick forum search about this but came up empty. I have a quick question about caps. I have a Sony PVM 20L4 which I am recapping to fix some geometry issues, as well as being a fun hobby project for me. Everything is going well so far. All the blue/darkblue-ish capacitors have been desoldered, but the service manual also includes the silvery ones as capacitors, the ones you see in the picture I attached.

My question: Should I replace them too? They have legs, so they're not surface mount versions.

None of caps (both silver and blue) are leaking or anything, I'm just future proofing the monitor. Are the silvery-looking ones as failure prone as regular blue electrolytic capacitors?

Those are aluminum polymer capacitors. They aren't likely to fail. especially if they aren't in a high heat area.

For recapping, generally you only need to recap the caps in the Horizontal and Vertical deflection circuit and any cap near that high power section.
