Firmware Version 2.2 Palettes?

Forgive my potentially dumb question, but what are the current palettes that ship with version 2.2 of the firmware? I visited http://etim.net.au/nesrgb/background_fault/, but the palettes for Version 2.2 are not listed. I do not yet have the kit and am wondering if I need to buy a USB blaster in order to load some of the V2.2 palettes from FirebrandX.
