In I-had-no-idea-this-was-a-thing-with-arcade-kits news, it's even got a $4400 USD limited edition which will contain "stuff to be named later."

I gotta admit, glad someone's doing it, but I kind of don't understand the economics around this thing (EXA) at all.

I'm amused by how the trailer song has a sound in it that sounds exactly like an arcade stick being tapped a couple times.

If only there was a thread where this has been covered ad infinitum.Sengoku Strider wrote: I gotta admit, glad someone's doing it, but I kind of don't understand the economics around this thing (EXA) at all.
Re: Hmm...what have we here? New ddp?
Since when they put in these anime drawings ?, that can ruin a good game for me.

Coulda been worse. Coulda been massive sweaty balls. Think of what Gynoug fans have tolerated for the last thirty years!

Since this will sit hidden inside your cab, would that make the owner a closet ddp fan?

I've been here all of 4 months and this subforum alone has 12,124 threads. Why would I know this?SuperPang wrote:If only there was a thread where this has been covered ad infinitum.Sengoku Strider wrote: I gotta admit, glad someone's doing it, but I kind of don't understand the economics around this thing (EXA) at all.

It's like this: This forum has a somewhat different stance than other forums, concerning what's worthy of a new thread.Sengoku Strider wrote:Why would I know this?
It's a long standing tradition that not only necro-bumping is encouraged or even required, it's also that new threads for a topic which already has one get locked or merged. Threads with thousands of postings stretching over years are not seen as a nuisance, but the right way of doing things. This may feel strange when coming from other places where all this is the exact other way round.
So before creating a new thread for a game or other topic, it is customary to do a search.

Re: Hmm...what have we here? New ddp?
I'm not sure constantly running new threads on the same subject is the desired approach for any forums outside of Reddit

But...I didn't create anything. I wrote an idle statement at the end of a post providing new info in someone else's thread about a new game.schleichfahrt wrote: So before creating a new thread for a game or other topic, it is customary to do a search.

Legendary bad thread.

The only answer is to make a new one.Udderdude wrote:Legendary bad thread.

heli my friend I left you hanging, that's brilliant. Yes - by all indications, a new Gynoug would indeed see the one massive pair of balls ditched in favour of millions of tiny nutsacks, which fill up the screen and collectively bring the processor to its knees.heli wrote:Now they fill the whole screen because they are used to slowdown ?

No it isn't, nobody wants ancient threads necrobumped because people's attention are drawn to them thinking the current conversation is still relevant until they realize the discrepancy in time.schleichfahrt wrote: It's a long standing tradition that not only necro-bumping is encouraged or even required, it's also that new threads for a topic which already has one get locked or merged. Just use search function which hasn't changed since 2005 and which doesn't allow you to search for 3-lettered entries (like "exa"). Don't forget to show results as posts!Sengoku Strider wrote:I've been here all of 4 months and this subforum alone has 12,124 threads. In this case, reading the forum rules works, too.trap15 wrote:it's called "lurk moar"endali wrote:how the fuck is anyone supposed to know about your traditions?

Re: Hmm...what have we here? New ddp?
I just want some kind of localized, accessible home platform port man. :[
I have it on 360, but a full English Switch or PC release would be rad.

F*ck - I just felt the urge to draw mock-up game poster with pixel art called "Balls of slowdown" - massive planet-sized pair of pixel art balls confronting a shmup fleet. Thanks BIL.BIL wrote:heli my friend I left you hanging, that's brilliant. On the subject of lurk & search, I've been doing that on this forum since 2005 or so. Hey, it's my 15th anniversary here on January! Where is my cake. Years have been like bullets on abandoned danmaku.
