Silvergun Oddity on eBay...
I happened upon this auction and smelled something fishy...

I've never heard of anything like this before...my gut tells me it's probably not legit. Does anyone else know more about this than I do, or what exactly this guy is selling? I've no reason to buy it myself since I already own the Saturn version, but I'm still quite curious...

Re: Silvergun Oddity on eBay...
It's pretty much what it says it is. Which does not entail that it's in any way legit. It's a hacked version of a commercial Saturn emulator Sega put out in japan applied to an ISO of Raidiant Silvergun. I've played the game this way, and it runs fine, though there's synch problems and the music sucks.BulletMagnet wrote:I happened upon this auction and smelled something fishy...

Yeah,
"PC program" = Giri Giri (hacked), Gsaturn, Cassini, or any variant of Sega's official Gigi Giri emulator thereof
"Game" = ISO
The emulator is hardly perfect, esp. since it was mostly designed to run Sega's own games. Low end systems also won't even reach the Saturn's full potential via emulator.
The buyer was a dumbass, either not knowing what he bought or paying $20 for easily findable downloads.
