What are your shooter skill "goals" this year?

1CC stages 1->5 in Gradius V. That should get me over a few humps.
I can already clear the asteroid level with only 2 ships so yay for me

Other than that, I'd like to work on the Saturn and Genesis shmup collections and finish Border Down with a different ending.

I'd like to 1CC Ibara at some point during the space year 2006. I'm not too hot at it, though. I also want to see loop 3 of Gradius V, which is infinitely more attainable for me.

I would like to get to 1-7 in Strikers 1945, but I think it might require too much of my life. I can get to 1-6 regularly now, but I can't survive 1-6 even with all my lives.

I'm planning on turning to Strikers 1945 II because Landshark said it was more manageable. Perhaps I can get to 1-7 in it. Still pretty far from a first-loop clear, but I have to have realistic goals.

Getting a 1cc in ibara and mushihimesama. Unfortunately, I can't arsed going back to either right now and have started threatening dragon blaze and shiki again...

DOJ would also be nice to get better at if it wasn't for the crushing boredom of re-learning stages 1 + 2 after 6 months away from it.

My goal is to just finally 1CC a manic shmup before the ends of the year...

So far Mushihimesama on original mode seems to be my best bet (I generally make it to the stage four mini-boss before losing all my lives). However, Ibara has all my attention at the moment, despite being very, very, very hard... The medal chaining is just too addictive, I might just stick with it.

I'd like to 1-life Dangun Feveron and DonPachi (first loop), and 1CC Border Down, Mars Matrix, and both loops of DoDonPachi. I'd also like to break 10M in Darius Gaiden (watch out Rando, your current score is not safe... NOT SAFE, I SAY!!!11).

To get back into shmupping. Spent a few months playing World of Warcraft, and haven't picked up any shooter as a result. (Although I'm finding sequence breaking in Metroid Prime and Echoes extremely fun to try and practice at the moment...)
