Blackbird 8x1 framemeister Issue. Please help.

So I got the blackbird 8x1, but auto switching isn't working because it always detects the framemeister even when it is in standby. This pretty much defeats the purpose as I wanted to set this up and forget about it. Any work around? Super frustrated. My gscart arrives tomorrow and I wanted all 13 consoles autoswitching...

I've been having this issue on a different HDMI switcher with a Nintendo Switch and an Xbox One; you pretty much need to completely power off devices for this to work; if anything leaves its (I think) 5V line active, the HDMI switcher thinks its still on and outputting video. :/
