Sony CRTs Made in Spain

Hi why are Sony CRTs (talking "KV"-series Made in Spain considered less quality, then Made elsewhere (UK, Germany, Japan etc.) )

Because the build quality just isn't there if you compare them to the Made in Japan ones, I have one of these and it had a weird horizontal line in the middle of the screen ever since I bought it, also the RCA and SCART inputs are pretty flimsy, they'll become defective after a certain number of plug/unplug events.

Interesting, i wonder if Made in UK is as good as Made in Japan, then since
it is way more common to find those.

I've had multiple SONY KV-XXFX30E that were built in Spain and they all worked splendidly. Guess it always also depends on the age, condition and working hours of the CRT.
