Ok... so this past Friday i caught someone stealing my photographs from VF and pretending to be me on the Yahoo message boards so he could talk to homosexuals. I don't have a problem with homo's or anything - but this fucking sicko is pretending to be ME.

You see how the idiot put up a link to my actual profile on there? Well, some guy who liked 'him' decided to follow the link and build his own VF profile to message 'him'. When he messaged me it gave me enough information to figure out the faker's username and what site it was on.

So i download the Yahoo chat thing and messaged them and all i got in response was like an 'oh shit' kinda thing really quick and poof! They're gone.

I don't know if theyre still using the profile though, and i don't even want to think about what this person's intentions in faking my pictures was to be. What if he's asking people to meet him and then doing something sick? WTF.

I've reported it THREE times now and Yahoo still hasn't deleted it. Then today they send me an e-mail saying that they need me to snail mail them a picture of my photo I.D. with a return address and MY TELEPHONE NUMBER.

In the meantime i've had to turn my VF pro to where you can't view it unless you're logged in to discourage people from... i dunno, whatever they might wanna do.

RRRRRRR!!!! So yeah, i'm pissed at Yahoo.

I still have sales threads posted somewhere and sometimes I get e-mails if I still have the items for sale. annoying. I e-mailed the site to remove it and I even adressed mods in the forum to remove it. I even gave my user id and password out to everyone. Nobody helped out. Nobody cares about D

It looks more like someone is making fun of your VampireFreaks account by making it look like you're trying to pick up guys online (and thus gay). I don't think anyone is pretending to be you, they just want to poke fun at you because they think you look weird or something. Comments like "being with my bf bruce, he`s so macho." and "cecil, i told you to swallow." are too over the top to be taken seriously.

I think it's quite likely someone you know (or who knows you) from Vampire Freaks (what's that anyway?) who made this.

At first it seemed that way to me as well, but then when i communicated with the gay guy who messaged me first he was telling me about thier conversation - and linked me to the posts and it was legit. When he points out that i'm always at the top of the ratings it's like he's saying, "Oh btw, i'm like some super popular guy and my dick is huge because i'm on VF top rated so like me!"

Under normal circumstances i would be as well. This was being used mostly to IM people though, so i couldn't read everything he was saying. What if he was asking people to meet up with him? He doesn't look like me so what then? The only reason someone would do that would be to hurt the person they are meeting in some way... It's just that it was being used for sexual purposes and that kind of bothers me. I really don't want me linked in any way to some internet serial rapists or something.

But yeah... considering that i already caught him and stuff it is kinda funny. I doubt they are still using the account.

This wouldn't have happened if FileLodge hadn't gotten bought out. I had a no-right-clicky stylesheet scripted into my profile and when they switched it's link changed and i didn't notice it until someone had already snagged it.
