RGB neck board hack / crt emudriver ok but no scanlines

Finally i got my pc hooked up to my crt 29" tv by RGB on the neck board with crt emudriver , everything ok but no scanlines , is it possible to solve this issue ? ( paying attention to the picture , looks like its pulsing and showing the scanlines for a milisecond )
