Can you/how to download out of region XB360 content.

I've been looking to download the Black Label content for DDP:Resurrection(EU) along DDP:Saidaioujou(NTSC-J) for a USA Xbox. I cant really find anything searching here or google though. I tried using a Japanese VPN and got a "this content is not available in your region" prompt. I remember a decade ago being able to get the Mushihimasama Futari BL content so I swear it was doable. Can anyone point me in the right direction(outside of buying a NTSC-J Xbox)

You need to set up a Japanese Xbox account, with an email that's different from your regular one. You also need to buy Japanese microsoft points for the 360 and redeem them on that account. I think you also need to put in some kind of valid Japanese address or at least a town to be able to redeem the points.

At this point, wouldn't it just be easier to hack the xbox and just download the ROMs?

I mean, we're talking over 10 years old at this point, no?

I actually have a hacked Xbox, mostly for delisted games. It would be easier but I prefer having access to the leaderboard replays. On top of that I don't mind paying good money for an otherwise niche genre.
