HAS supergun -- bigger gamma dial?
I love my HAS but turning the little dial to get the gamma just right requires tiny adjustments. Can that dial either be replaced with a larger one or can a larger dial be attached to the standard one?

You could buy a potentiometer knob with a set screw.

Re: HAS supergun -- bigger gamma dial?
My HAS sits flat on the table and it looks like I have a little over half an inch of clearance from the tabletop to the center of the standard dial so a 25mm knob should be perfect. Going to try these:

Thanks!
EDIT:
After more measuring I'm going to try these instead:

That should work (assuming you measured ID). I haven't added one to my HAS, but I did repurpose a plastic speaker dial from a broken set of speakers for the PSU. I just put a dab of hot glue inside it and pushed it over the stock one.
Let us know how it turns out.

Good idea. I'm looking for a way to do essentially the same thing with my power supply:

Edited my post above with the Amazon links after some more measuring.

This one does not fit:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V4T5M5F
This one does fit with just a little bit of rubbing against the board:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TZ6WBRD
I can't find another metal knob online that looks like it might fit.
The knob now jumps and skips less than it did before but is there a way to further reduce it? A tiny drop of lubricant somewhere?

I used those exact knobs for my radial palette switch on my NES RGB install and I really like them.shmupsrocks wrote:This one does not fit:
