Prales! You are incredible!!!! You act so swag in that level one, all those unnecessary dodges to keep yourself awake
That handling of the stage 5 intro was so terrifying. But your recoveries late in the game are on point. And killing the boss on your last life is beautiful - including the cameo of the Tatsujin ship to give you the encouragement to persevere. Wonderful. You're on top!

@Lags lol
Edit* I guess the .inp file just plays back as [Europe region] with [Truxton 2] english title by default...even for japanese playback.
Oops my bad, good job again.
Prales, did you notice a rank decrease in the final stage as you proceeded to lose all your lives to the final boss (except the last time ha ha)? It was hard to tell if the game was letting up - I thought enemies were firing a little less by the end but I would have to review.

Second time making it to stage 6! Now that I've patched up some holes in my early game, my chance of clearing is at the highest it's ever been! INP link.

Almost reached the final boss! Will update with INP link if I don't get the 1-ALL before the end of the weekend.

New score PB. Still no 1-ALL. I got stuck on the second-to-last checkpoint of stage 6 again. I'll keep at it until I get the clear. INP link.

Japan version hard. Placeholder for whenever I start seriously playing this version. Played with the region set to Japan with the Taito Corp. license because that's how the game is on the cabs over in Japan, and it makes it easier to tell from the high score table which version of the game was played.

I did it! I finally cleared one loop of this game! I'd been working on this since December of last year. Phew, this game's brutal! INP link. Video of INP playback.

Recently, I decided to derust this game and try to get more consistent at it. I did some attempts, and I ended up not only getting my second 1-ALL, but also a new score PB! Maybe I'll consider doing a 2-ALL of this version of the game at some point. INP link. Video of INP playback.

Got the Tatsujin Oh clear! Truxton II feels easy compared to this. I knew going into this version that it was going to be very difficult, so I did a ton of practice before starting full attempts, and my efforts really paid off! Highlighted livestream. YouTube link.
I've actually done better on the latter, reaching the swarms on stage 08 (2-2), but I don't have any proof or even remember what the score was, I haven't really been keeping track of my PBs on it
Thorough Research shows that two and a half minute games both satisfy players and also keep the quarters flowing. web site

Got a new PB while practicing for Shmup Slam 4! I'll get the 2-ALL of this version one of these days. INP link. Highlighted livestream.
Hey look, it got a not-FM Towns home release. Not the best way to play this game, but why not, I guess, and it's finally in stereo, unless the FM Towns version has stereo and I don't know about it. I kind of hate this game, but I also kind of love it. I definitely, absolutely hate that awful stage 1 boss, however.
