Being able to use an NTSC Xbox in a 220V/PAL territory without a step-down/frequency converter, and without having to source a secondary PAL PSU (because there were a several PSU revisions with different power connectors).

HI thank you for sharing i was searching the whole internet for this. can you please help me with my xbox power supply. i bought this for cheap and i didnt check the voltage and i attach it to 240v while it was a USA xbox. so the powersupply pooped. can it be fixed? and if so how i convert it while fixing it up? i know how to soldier well but i have basic knowledge in electronics. here is the pic of the psu

i see that the MOV mostly burned. the fuse also must be burned.
i can see that the z1 is the MOV do i need to remove and connect the pads between or leave them? and to fix i only just change the fuse? for the capacitor i understand that i need to change it as you mention in all pic. final question should i change the fuse rating? it is 250v 15A
