I got the US version, finished in about 75 hours. Really good, but you'll need to put in about 20 hours before you really start to appreciate it.
Oh and by the way, I used to live in Tamworth, so I feel for you man.

thanks man i appreciate the sympathy. although i will be moving back up to manchester in a few weeks yay. will mean no internet for a while though boo.
i'm about 9 hours in and i think i've met who will be my fourth party member. got all the way through a crypt of sorts though and the boss handed my arse back to me on a plate... and i refuse to restart without the cash loss as it goes against the spirit of the game which wants to punish you for death. i'm going to spend a few hours just exploring today though. i'll stock up on some of those return wing things incase it gets a bit hard hehe
placed the cd face up on my bed for 2 seconds while putting in burnout revenge for some 2 player with my brother.
messing about i then throw a coat hanger lightly at my brother.
he deflects it and it skims across the top of the disk, leaving a large scratch.
i put it in and load up my game which seems to work until... music stops, disk goes crazy and it all dies.
fucking gutted.
luckely though i called up the game store and told them that i opened it with a scrath on the disk and that it doesn't work and they promise to swap it over for me. i've just got to wait till next week now though as i won't be able to get to town until saturday.
