For some time I was investigating how to disable PS1 dithering, I have the "PS1_De-Dither-master" program that directly patches the ISO by dragging it on it. But the problem is that this program does not solve the problems of dithering of all the games, so you should use the "ShaolinAssassin" tutorial (from the page https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-PSOne- Dithering-OFF-patches), to be able to edit using ISOS codes and use them in real hardware.
The drawback is that I can't download the following programs:
* not $ psx;
* E1 tool (made by krHACKen)
* CEP.
