Hi everyone! I got a 1954QM wich work flawlessly in RGBS but cannot have any sound from the speacker. looking at OSD apparently there are no audio ptions and all front pots appear like not doing anything and not for volume only but also for contrast, brightness … To set properly screen coloros, brightness and contast I have luckely the OSD... the audio jack are both connected to audio IN plug near the RGBS BNCs plugs. Is there a way to enable the frontal pots for RGBs? maybe from OSD?
Have you an idea?

Is the green light on by "Remote"? If it is turn that off and you might get sound back.

thank you so much for your advices, I have two light wich are on , one green and one orange (I think it is one for power on and one for user preset or remote) by the way i have fully recapped the PSu, the neck board and the A board (wich ws not so easy) , the colours , the contrast and white were FANTASTIC also fefore recap but the geometry in right side was a bit distorded, now all fixed! I have used nichicom and Panasonic ultra low esr only! Now I still figure out how to get sound… I have already tested the tube with my rejuv and all GUNS are like NEW! I must post some photos because we are in 2019 and thin is pretty incredible!
