Nobody knows yet whether Bao is male or female...the production images sure make it seem like "he" could be both.

But your skepticism certainly isn't unfounded. I did mention the leggings but here's a counterexample to my point:

It's pretty sad the author of that page is convinced Fox is a "she" (due to the fact that Sony made his gender "female" in Europe) even though he's actually a man. Here, the "no breasts" approach actually is correct but come on, Alfa System isn't like that...

Yeah, SNK (KOF especially) is very much into young androgynous characters. It makes me thinki of that scene in Godzilla vs Megalon where you are staring at what (for a film with no females) look like some pretty attractive legs, only to pull back and see they are the legs of the 10 year old boy character. How cruel can they be?

As to THAT character, at least sHE can reflet bullets with HIR cat's butt! (and the cat screams like hell while doing so!)
