SNES / SFC with best composite out

It's widely regarded and documented that the Genesis 3 has the cleanest composite out of all Mega Drive / Genesis revisions. However, does anyone know how the SNES Mini / SFC Jr. fares compared to other earlier hardware variants?

I remember reading somewhere that the SNES Jr. has better composite out than the older SNES models, but needs to be mod to use S-Video.

1 Chip (any revision, Jr included) have the okayest CVBS.
