Turbo Duo sync issues with OSSC

I'm having an issue with my Duo losing sync especially with Cd games on my OSSC. I'm not super knowledgeable from a hardware perspective, but I did open the system up and this is what it looks like. https://imgur.com/a/Xs1NSAq. I've read in some other forums that adjusting the H Tolerance and HLL Coast can fix the problem, but I've also read that the issue is caused by poor mod work. Any help or recommendations are appreciated.
