I don't think I've had a landline without cordless handsets in 25 years. But yes, corded landlines I suppose. But you don't "charge" a corded landline phone.

Regardless. As odd as it seems that someone has never seen a USB wall adapter by 2019, they look something like this. Just substitute for whatever power/plug needs you have:

I have quite a few of these to do the USB powering jobs in my setup. Might need a different model for your power mains. But I'm sure they exist.

That's a type F power socket, and should also be compatible with devices that use type C connectors (the older ungrounded version).

When it comes to third-party USB power supplies, Anker is king. They make a ton of different models that support various types of USB charging and have type C connectors for Europe, such as:

I don't know if you're in Germany, just that they use type F sockets. So my recommendation is to go to your local Amazon site and search for "anker USB". There are a ton of options for different use cases.
