Latest Firmware Request for Crestron DMPS3-4K-150C unit

Hi, I have a Crestron DMPS3-4k-150C unit and the av.Framework does not want to load. The firmware version is higher than the recent version on the Crestron website. I can not download the current firm since I am not a dealer nor partner. Does anyone have the current firmware for this unit please? Thank you in advance.
