PVM Front Panel Input Board.

Post by Arthrimus »

Hey folks. I whipped up a front panel input PCB so I don't have to mess around with plugging things into the back of my PVM every time I switch consoles in my workshop. It has RGB SCART, S-Video and Composite inputs, and outputs RGBS and Composite video through BNC connectors and S-Video. Audio out is handled by stereo 3.5mm jacks.

If this design interests anyone, you can download the gerbers from OSHPark and have it manufactured by your board house of choice! I also have a couple extra PCBs from when I had mine made if anybody wants one. PM me if you are interested.

I've always wanted to cut a hole in my desk and install one of these pop-up Extron ones. You can get them for pretty much every input out there.
