weird, i thought they would be exchanging tactics and whatnot.NTSC-J wrote: Sometimes there's a crowd of 15 or so watching guys tear up Ketsui and ESPGaluda II, but no one says a thing during or afterwards. I've yet to see anyone enter their initials, even after looping Ketsui or DDP. They just get up and walk away like it was just another day. I know I'd be pumping my fist in the air and telling the cabinet "I'm too real for you!" if I ever pulled off those scores.

I'm not counting my friends and such since I'm around them more often, but sometimes at college and once at an EB I got the "You still play this old school stuff?" when playing. The one at EB wasn't the employee but a customer, coudln't have been over 15 or 16. Mushihime had just come out and we were playing it and he asked when it came out and I told him "today" and he gave me a stupid look and kept walking.
But on the other hand, I got my girlfriend to play some shooters. She particularly likes Mushihime and Gradius III on SNES.
