SNES Jr (Mini) graphics corruption

Well one of my RGB modded SNES Jr has problems with graphics corruption. See the pictures underneath. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how this could be fixed.







I did a complete cap replacement, brightness fix and fixed the C11.

Did it start doing this right after you did the RGB mod? You may want to recheck your work so that nothing's shorting.
