Correct SCART cable for N64 and/or Gamecube (NTSC) consoles?

What are the correct N64 and Gamecube (NTSC) SCART cables?

For example, if I use Voultar's N64 RGB amplifier, would I use the same SCART cable as the SNES? (is this the correct cable? would I select the CSYNC 470 Ohm option? are capacitors OK on the RGB lines?)

What about the Gamecube?
