All you have need is an Youtube account.
Is there anyone interested?
Do I have any takers?
I will not create a group unless I have "Yay"s from 2 or 3 people.
The group's name will:

Shmuppers~!

With an youtube account, you can submit videos to the website. You join a group that matches your interests and starting chatting with them.
