How are RCA CRTs?

I see a lot of RCA CRTs from the 2000s era such as the "Truflat" models on Craigslist and Kijiji. Are these decent because I might get one?

Mediocre picture and unreliable I´ve heard, some chinese company licensed the brand as far as I know. For flat I´d go with panasonic, jvc, samsung (except slim fit line), and philips.
