well, the other day i went off and bought myself Beatmania, and as tangent, stopped at a local Best Buy.

they had a widescreen hi-def hooked up to demo the game and i got my very first taste. loved it, and ended up buying it yesterday.

worked through the easy campaign (i've never played a guitar before. i know this doesn't count, but you know what i mean). now i'm about halfway through the normal campaign.

i'm just wondering what other players around think of it, and how they are prgressing. the song i have the most fun playing so far is "thunderkiss 65." i'm kind of disappointed with some of the vocalists they use though. i know that having covers fits in wiith the the theme of the game, but the songs that had really distinctive vocalists (zombie, bowie, among others) are really off...
