Does your Taito F3 motherboard look like this?

Could you check your Taito F3 motherboard and post whether or not it has this electronic component on the bottom surface?

I'm trying to figure out if this is factory or a repair.

Do you even google?

Looks like a factory after thought, its a 22uf Tantalum capacitor i think and would be there to stop power oscillation from reaching the chip.
Bet it goes between VCC and ground.
