I downloaded it and it works great - it's called 'The Megaman Effect' and now everytime i open a program on my comp the stage intro screen from Megaman 2 pops up on my screen with the icon of the program i'm using displayed in the middle and plays the intro music. Weee!

EDIT - i forgot to mention that if you don't want to sit through it everytime you just hit esc.
